Shakes are too thick. Bars are too big. Food itself feels like work.

Clear Protein Sticks were built for exactly this. One stick vanishes into the drink already in your hand — your morning coffee, your afternoon tea — and quietly delivers 20g of whey isolate protein plus the fiber and electrolytes GLP-1 users actually run low on. It contains no medication, no active pharmaceutical ingredients, and it doesn't affect how your GLP-1 medication works. It's simply nutrition designed for people whose appetite has changed.

Will it upset my stomach?

We specifically left out the usual suspects: no carrageenan, no gums, no sucralose, and no sugar alcohols (like maltitol or sorbitol). The whey isolate we use is naturally low in lactose. That said, everyone's digestion is different — that's what the 90-day guarantee is for.

Does it really have no taste?

It's unflavored — not flavor-masked. In plain water you'll notice a mild, clean whey note. In coffee, tea, or soup, it effectively disappears. If you can taste it, we'd genuinely like to hear about it.

How much liquid do I need?

One stick mixes into 6–8 oz (about a regular glass). Stir for 20–30 seconds or shake in a bottle. No blender, no clumps.

How do I know the 20g of protein is real?

Fair question — protein "nitrogen spiking" is a real problem in this industry. Every production batch is tested by an independent third-party lab for actual protein content (not just nitrogen estimates). Your box carries a QR code linking to your batch's lab report.

Can I use it while on semaglutide or tirzepatide?

Our customers include people on many different wellness journeys. This product is food, not medicine, and contains nothing known to interact with medications. As with any dietary change, check with your healthcare provider if you have specific concerns.

What's in it, exactly?

Whey protein isolate, prebiotic fiber (from chicory root), electrolyte blend (sodium, potassium, magnesium). That's the whole story — the full ingredient list and nutrition panel are pictured above.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our US warehouse.
